Help vulnerable people prepare for emergencies

It is important to consider vulnerable people in your household emergency plan or community emergency plan. This could include older people, people with disabilities, or children.
If supply chains are interrupted or utilities are lost, these vulnerable groups may need more support, such as getting essential supplies and keeping warm.
It will also help official responders get accurate 'on the ground' information during an emergency.

Priority Services Register
Check if vulnerable members of your community are eligible to sign up to their gas, electricity, or water providers' Priority Service Registers.
Signing up to a Priority Service Register (PSR) lets their supplier know that they need extra support if there are issues with their gas, electricity, or water supply.
Go to the Priority Services Register website to check if they are eligible.
