Know where to get advice and report a problem
You can get advice and report problems with your water supply on your supplier's website.
Find your supplier on the Water UK website
If you have a private water supply, check with your local district council for the latest guidance. Find your local district council on GOV.UK.
Let services know you need extra support
If you or a family member are vulnerable, check if you are eligible to sign up to your water supplier's Priority Services Register.
Signing up to a Priority Services Register (PSR) lets your supplier know that you need extra support if there are issues with your supply.
Check if you're eligible on the Priority Services Register website, or contact your water supplier:

Make a plan and get emergency supplies
Create a household emergency plan and prepare a grab-bag of essential supplies.
